Emilie Le Roy is a French PhD student. She obtained her B.S. in marine chemistry from the European Institute of Marine Studies (Brest, France). She is currently pursuing a PhD in Chemical Oceanography at the University of Toulouse (France). The title of her thesis is: Study of natural radionuclides along the GEOTRACES-GA01 section in the North Atlantic. She was introduced to the GP15 project by collaborating with Matt Charette from WHOI. She will measure radium isotopes on GP15. She is honored to be a part of this adventure. Beyond the sciences, she enjoys spending time scuba diving and travelling.
